24X7Table.com provides Real time table reservation to diners via app on Android and iOS at their favorite restaurants round the clock. It also provides CRM dashboard app for the restaurants by which they can track reservations and retain customers for future dealings. A well-funded innovative concept, we are now searching for people who can join us in our exciting journey of becoming one of the most preferred brands in promising food industry segment.

 Expectations:

o   Provide training to the restaurant on how to use our ERB/CRM Dashboard.

o   If needed, visit and monitor restaurant usage at peak hours

o   Be a troubleshooter for the restaurant, make sure they face no problems

o   Handle partner restaurant inbound calls on the helpline number

o   Track each call, issue and maintain records

o   Coordinate with new/existing restaurants towards excellent experience

o   Monitor restaurant activities through internal tools

o   Call restaurants to report software issues affecting 24x7Table application

o   Provide Restaurants full technical support and help them troubleshoot any issues.

 Eligibility Criteria:

o   Grads/Under Grads with minimum 0.5-2 years of work experience

o   Call center experience in hospitality sector would be a bonus

o   Excellent communication & comprehension skills in English and Hindi.

o   Excellent attitude and a good team player

o   Smart, enthusiastic and pro-active individuals

o   Basic computer and operational MS-Office/Excel knowledge
